Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who completed baseline screening and had qualified frozen serum samples retained (no severe hemolysis or lipemia, sample volume >=1 ml); 2. Those with complete baseline risk factor assessment data (missing rate for key variables <10%); 3. Those with at least one year of valid follow-up records and clearly defined follow-up outcomes (new-onset stroke, death, or confirmed survival status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke before enrollment (for new-onset outcomes); 2. Missing rate of key variables >=10%; 3. Lost to follow-up and survival status cannot be confirmed; 4. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment that prevents compliance with follow-up.
