Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old and above; 2. Signed informed consent; 3. Can cooperate with ophthalmology, MRI and eye tracker examination; 4. Module 1 Anisometropia group: binocular spherical equivalent difference>=1.00 D, to determine the course of anisometropia; 5. Module 1 Normal control group: binocular spherical equivalent <1.00 D, no binocular visual function abnormality; 6. Patients in module 2: met the criteria of anisometropia group in module 1 and met the indication of myopia surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 0.50 D); unwillingness to undergo myopia surgery or inability to comply with postoperative follow-up.
