18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes outlined in the *Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes* (2024 edition) and has been newly diagnosed with diabetes within the past 3 months; 2.Is 18 years of age or older; 3.Possesses sufficient reading and comprehension skills and is proficient in using a smartphone; 4.Has a hospital stay of more than 24 hours; 5.Voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver, kidney, heart, or brain disease; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
