Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for lung cancer in the Clinical Diagnosis and treatment Guidelines for lung Cancer of the Chinese Society of Oncology, Chinese Medical Association, and are clearly diagnosed with malignant tumors of the bronchus or lungs; 2. Be aware of one's own condition and diagnosis; 3. Age >=18 years old, married with the spouse as the primary caregiver; 4. Clear consciousness, with normal reading comprehension ability and language expression ability; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. Spouse caregiver 1. The spouse of the lung cancer patients included in this study; 2. Be aware of the patient's condition and diagnosis; 3. Possess basic comprehension and expression abilities; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient: 1. Has severe mental illness or hearing impairment and is unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Experienced other major stressful events within the six months prior to participating in this study; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and distant metastasis of lung cancer; 4. Have taken antidepressants, sedatives or other medications within the last month; 5. Those who receive other types of psychological therapy; 6. Currently participating in other research. Spouse caregiver 1. Has severe mental illness or hearing impairment and is unable to cooperate with the investigation; 2. Within the six months prior to participating in this study, one has experienced any major family changes other than being diagnosed with lung cancer, such as divorce or the death of a loved one; 3. Suffering from a serious physical illness; 4. Currently participating in other research.
