Low-pressure BFR group:Blood flow restriction resistance training performed with a low occlusion pressure
Medium-pressure BFR group:Blood flow restriction resistance training performed with a medium occlusion pressure
High-pressure BFR group:Blood flow restriction resistance training performed with a high occlusion pressure
The traditional resistance training control group:Traditional high-intensity resistance training was performed

18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 25. 2. Male. 3. Football players with national level 2 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of severe lower limb skeletal muscle injury within the past 6 months (such as ligament tear, meniscus injury). 2. Suffering from cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, coagulation dysfunction or having a high risk of deep vein thrombosis. 3. Have undergone blood flow restriction training in the past 3 months. 4. Currently taking medications that may affect vascular elasticity or muscle growth.
