18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the 2015 ACR/EULAR Gout Classification Criteria. 2. Age 18-60 years. 3. Right-handed. 4. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogren's syndrome, or other connective tissue diseases classified by standard criteria. 2. Patients with organic brain disease or neurological disorders (e.g., history of traumatic brain injury, surgery, Parkinson's disease, or epilepsy) that may interfere with brain imaging. 3. Patients with severe active psychiatric symptoms (e.g., severe behavioral disorders and consciousness disorders). 4. History of alcoholism or drug abuse. 5. Contraindications to MRI examination (e.g., claustrophobia, metal implants, etc.). 6. Severe clinical conditions that may lead to brain atrophy (e.g., history of hypertension, diabetes, stroke, renal insufficiency, etc.). 7. Abnormal brain structure indicated by routine MRI plain scan.
