Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>28 days and<18 years old; 2.Stroke related symptoms: hemiplegia, facial paralysis, aphasia, changes in consciousness level (loss of consciousness or coma), convulsions, headaches, etc., and atypical related symptoms: sudden mental lethargy or restlessness, crying, feeding difficulties, urinary and fecal incontinence, sensory loss, ataxia, dizziness, nausea and/or vomiting, neck pain, fever, etc. 3.First onset and <= 7 days; 4.Acute ischemic stroke confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 5.The legal guardian of the patient agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form; At the same time, obtain the informed consent of the patient as soon as they are conscious and have no comprehension barriers between the ages of 8 and 18.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Stroke without imaging examination or without imaging diagnosis; 2.Previous history of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy; 3.Ischemic stroke caused by cerebral venous system; 4.Ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes that cannot be distinguished during the same period;
