Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Search the hospital medical record system for obstetric delivery cases with a diagnosis of 'post-gastric reduction surgery.' Complete maternal and perinatal data. Includes preterm or full-term deliveries. 2. Control group: Search the hospital medical record system for obstetric delivery cases without a history of gastrointestinal surgery, with a clear pre-pregnancy BMI of >28 kg/m^2 or <24 kg/m^2. Complete maternal and perinatal data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The data is incomplete, with no information on pregnancy outcomes or cases of early pregnancy miscarriage, spontaneous abortion, or termination of pregnancy.
