Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical nurses holding a professional practice certificate; 2. At least 1 year of work experience in the ICU; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in further study, observation, or internship; 2. Those who go out for further study, take sick leave, or personal leave during the research period; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Those with sleep disorders or a history of severe comorbidities; 5. Those who are currently using prescription sedatives or stimulants.
