Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who underwent preconception or prenatal examinations at Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital, had serological test results indicating RhD-negative, were of childbearing age between 18 and 45 years old, and provided informed consent and signed written informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.individuals who refused to participate in this study; 2.patients with severe autoimmune diseases; 3.those with incomplete clinical data or sample information;
