Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 - 75 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for SCD (Jessen et al., 2014 and 2020 SCD-plus framework): presenting with memory decline as the main complaint; feeling that one's memory is worse than that of peers; expressing concern about cognitive decline; onset age >= 60 years old, disease duration = 26 points (with an additional 1 point for those with = 3 times/week, >= 20 minutes/each time). 5. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prohibited conditions for exercise (such as unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled hypertension, severe arrhythmia, severe bone and joint diseases, or when evaluated by a doctor, it is deemed inappropriate to practice Baduanjin); 2. Severe cognitive impairment (such as diagnosed dementia), other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, epilepsy), or mental disorders (such as severe depression, schizophrenia); 3. Severe sensory dysfunction, unable to cooperate with intervention or assessment; 4. Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials; 5. Currently taking drugs that may significantly affect cognitive function and the dosage is unstable.
