Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathology confirmed primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); 2.Age between 18 and 75 years old; 3.Underwent curative surgical resection of liver tumor for the first time, with no prior anti-tumor treatments such as TACE, radiofrequency ablation, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy before surgery; 4.Enhanced enhanced MRI of the upper abdomen was completed within 2 weeks before surgery, with complete and clear imaging data; 5.Postoperative pathological sections were intact, and whole-slide images (WSI) were available; 6.Complete clinical baseline data, laboratory examinations, and surgical records; 7.Regular postoperative follow-up with complete survival and recurrence outcome data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior history of other anti-tumor treatments; 2.History of other malignant tumors or synchronous multiple malignant tumors; 3.Lack of pre-treatment MRI data; 4.Damaged or poorly stained pathological sections that cannot be digitally scanned or used for feature extraction; 5.Missing key clinical or follow-up data that prevents prognostic outcome determination; 6.Perioperative death occurring within 1 month after surgery;
