Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke according to the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019"; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Individuals at risk of falling, with a Morse Fall Scale score >= 45; 4. Individuals with fear of falling, assessed using the single-item question method; 5. Condition is stable, with the ability to walk independently or with the aid of a walker; 6. Able to communicate effectively and complete questionnaires independently or with the assistance of the researcher; 7. Informed and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Activity limitations caused by combined musculoskeletal and nervous system diseases (such as fractures, severe osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord injuries); 2. Activity restrictions due to severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, and other diseases; 3. Those who cannot cooperate due to severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, or mental disorders; 4. Participants currently involved in other clinical trials that may affect the evaluation of this study's results.
