Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients treated at our institution with a pathological diagnosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma confirmed by postoperative pathology or biopsy pathology; 2.Patients with relatively complete clinical data, including demographic information, endoscopic records, pathological data, imaging data, and laboratory test results; 3.Patients with clearly documented liver metastasis status, including the presence of liver metastasis at initial diagnosis or the occurrence of liver metastasis during follow-up; 4.Patients who have undergone at least one standardized imaging evaluation that can be used for liver metastasis assessment and radiomics analysis; 5.Patients with available follow-up data suitable for research analysis, allowing determination of major outcome events and key time points; 6.Patients with previously preserved and analyzable omics data may be included in the integrated omics analysis cohort;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other primary malignancies that may affect prognosis assessment or determination of the origin of liver metastasis; 2.Patients with severely incomplete clinical data, making extraction of key variables impossible; 3.Patients lacking reliable imaging data and therefore unable to determine liver metastasis status; 4.Patients with insufficient follow-up data, making determination of primary outcomes or key time points impossible; 5.Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the investigators;
