Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic Cardiomyopathy Group (1) Diabetes Diagnosis: Patients diagnosed with diabetes according to the "2024 ADA Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes"; (2) Diagnostic Criteria for Diabetic Cardiomyopathy: There is currently no gold standard for diagnosis. Based on the definition of diabetic cardiomyopathy and related literature, diagnosis is mainly by exclusion, meaning diabetic patients with clear evidence of cardiac dysfunction, excluding cardiac dysfunction caused by hypertension, coronary heart disease, or valvular heart disease; (3) All patients are adults over 18 years old with complete medical records; (4) Patients voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form before the trial. 2. Healthy Control Group (1) Age and Sex: Frequency-matched with the DCM group; (2) No history of any cardiovascular disease or diabetes; (3) Normal electrocardiogram, normal echocardiography (heart structure and function), normal blood pressure, and normal blood glucose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic Cardiomyopathy Group (1) Patients with a history of myocardial infarction, valvular disease, or congenital heart disease; (2) Patients with other comorbid mental disorders or consciousness dysfunction; (3) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; (4) Malignant tumors or autoimmune deficiencies; (5) Hematologic diseases; 2. Healthy Control Group (1) Any history of cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, or hypertension; (2) Currently taking any medications that may affect cardiovascular metabolism (such as statins, ß-blockers, etc., excluding vitamins); (3) Recent (within 3 months) surgery, trauma, infection, or history of major illness.
