Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the ESRD diagnostic criteria of the International Society of Nephrology, with hemodialysis as the renal replacement therapy; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Conscious, without cognitive impairment, able to communicate normally; 4. Able to use smartphones and other devices independently; 5. Signs the informed consent form and voluntarily participates.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who have undergone major surgery in the recent past; 2.Severe malignant diseases unrelated to kidney disease;
