Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60 years old; 2. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 3. In the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), scores for items such as delusions, conceptual disorganization, hallucinations, and suspiciousness/persecution are all =3, with a total PANSS score = 60; 4. Currently receiving monotherapy with atypical antipsychotics, such as paliperidone or ziprasidone; 5. After signing the informed consent form, voluntarily agree and are able to participate in the entire intervention; 6. Receive routine maintenance psychiatric treatment and management at the hospital; 7. Able to understand and complete the intervention program, without communication difficulties.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of or currently has severe depression or suicidal tendencies, or has dependence on or abuse of alcohol, drugs, or other substances; 2. Has received other similar psychological treatments within the past 3 months.
