Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under the age of 3 ( <= 36 months) who underwent Cheyne-Stokes Respiration Analysis (TBA) tests due to recurrent wheezing in two research centers from January 2018 to December 2022; 2. Followed up clinically until the age of 6, and completed 6-year lung function tests and asthma status assessment, with complete core clinical data and test data; 3. No acute respiratory infection during the Cheyne-Stokes Respiration test (within 4 weeks of onset), and the test data were qualified (smooth respiratory curve, no crying or breathing interruption, expiratory time coefficient < 10%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Include congenital respiratory system malformations, neuromuscular diseases, and other organic diseases that affect respiratory function; 2. Received surgical procedures that affected airway function before the age of 3 or during the follow-up period; 3. The apneic breathing test data were, and key clinical indicators (such as asthma diagnosis, lung function indicators) were missing, making it impossible to include in the model and determine the outcome; 4. The follow-up data were missing.
