Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years, diagnosed with Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (T6-L5) 2. Meets the indications for PVP(Percutaneous Vertebroplasty) surgery (visual analogue scale = 5 points, vertebral height loss 15-40%) 3. Preoperative CT scan slice thickness = 1mm (for 3D reconstruction)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete posterior vertebral wall or spinal cord compression 2. Coagulation disorder or allergy to bone cement 3. History of previous surgery on the target vertebral body
