Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Willing and able to accept the diabetes management model assisted by artificial intelligence; 4.Able to provide complete lifestyle records, including medical history, medication use, diet, physical activity, etc.; 5.Fully understand the purpose, nature and methods of the study, voluntarily participate in this study, accept 12 months of follow-up, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe mental illness or language barrier; 2.Presence of malignant tumor; 3.Pregnant or lactating female; 4.Suspected active infection (e.g., active pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, etc.); 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase > 3 times the upper limit of normal; estimated glomerular filtration rate < 15 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 6.Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, pituitary-adrenal dysfunction, or other endocrine disorders; 7.Drug addiction; 8.Inability to accept the new comprehensive intervention technology due to various reasons (e.g., personal beliefs, financial factors, etc.).
