Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients (>=65 years) undergoing laparoscopic major abdominal surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease) or a preoperative MMSE score of less than 24. 2.Any other condition deemed by the investigator to render the patient ineligible for this study; 3.Data from patients without signed informed consent will be excluded and deleted from the database.
