Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Obtain a Nursing Practice Qualification Certificate; 2.Having worked in the ICU for >= 1 year; 3.Directly involved in bedside handover work for patients; 4.Those who are familiar with the nursing handover process and are able to understand the purpose and procedures of this study; 5.Volunteers participating in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who take long-term leave (such as maternity leave, sick leave) or go out for further studies during the research period; 2.Rotating, intern, or resident nurses;
