Age
22 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 22 to 75 years; 2.diagnosed with unruptured intracranial posterior circulation aneurysm by DSA or CTA; 3.parent artery diameter 2.0 mm to 6.5 mm; 4.no contraindications to endovascular intervention; 5.signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.acute cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 3 months; 2.cerebrovascular malformation or moyamoya disease; 3.contrast media allergy; 4.severe cardiac or renal insufficiency; 5.pregnant or lactating women; 6.major surgery within 6 months; 7.ruptured aneurysm or extracranial aneurysm.

Proportion of patients with mRS score = 2 at 12 months after surgery;

MeasureTime frame
30 day postoperative incidence of major adverse events;Complete occlusion rate of aneurysm 12 months after surgery;
