Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Internship in a tertiary hospital during the study ; 2. Professional nursing, training mode for full-time ; 3. Have been in clinical practice for at least 1 month ; 4. Have good communication and understanding ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nursing students who have clinical work experience or internship experience due to reasons such as upgrading from junior college to undergraduate ; 2. Nursing students who temporarily interrupt their internship for more than one month due to sick leave, leave and other reasons ; 3. The data were not collected completely.
