18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years, no restrictions on gender, ethnicity, or income. 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) >=28 kg/m^2. 3. After clinical assessment, planning and receiving any of the following treatment plans: (1) Medication group: initiate GLP-1RA treatment and continue use for at least 6 months. (2) Surgery group: undergo sleeve gastrectomy or Roux-en-Y gastric bypass. (3) Combination group: use GLP-1RA treatment perioperatively or postoperatively with metabolic surgery. 4. Patients voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form before the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously having contraindications for GLP-1RA use and surgery; 2. Clinically diagnosed heart failure patients; 3. Subjects who participated in other clinical trials within 90 days prior to randomization or received any investigational drugs within 30 days prior to randomization; 4. Female subjects who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within 30 days before, during, or after the study; 5. Individuals unable to undergo long-term follow-up or with poor compliance; 6. Other reasons deemed by the investigator to make participation in this clinical trial unsuitable, in addition to the above.
