Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient: (1) Age >= 18 years old; (2) Cognitive function: a. The chief complaint or informant reports that the patient has cognitive impairment related to memory or other cognitive domains for at least 3 months; b. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 20 (primary school) or >= 24 (secondary school and above); (3) Disease progression fear simplified scale>34 points; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 2.Caregivers: (1) Care for patients diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment for at least 6 months; (2) Able to communicate normally; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients: (1) those with significant physical illnesses; (2) Individuals with severe hearing and visual impairments who are unable to cooperate; (3) Participating in other experimental patients. 2.Caregivers: (1) Those who are unable to cooperate due to major physical illnesses or other illnesses;
