65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 65~80 years old; 2. ASA classification: II~III; 3.Planned laparoscopic cholecystectomy (operation duration: 1-3 hours); 4.Han nationality, Zang nationality, Hui nationality (Hui patients must strictly follow the Hui dietary requirements); 5.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT/AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal, creatinine > 133 µmol/L); 2. Comorbid with cognitive impairment, neurological disorders (such as epilepsy, Parkinson's disease); 3. Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m²) or emaciation (BMI = 60g of alcohol per week, women consuming > =40g per week) or history of drug abuse; 5. Allergic to drugs used during the perioperative period; 6. Severe complications occurred during the operation (such as massive bleeding, cardiac arrest); 7. Complicated with severe respiratory, circulatory system diseases, unable to tolerate surgical anesthesia and analgesia; 8. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
