Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years; 2.Hospitalized at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between January 1, 2019 and April 30, 2026; 3.Diagnosis of acute pancreatitis based on the 2012 revised Atlanta classification; 4.Relatively complete clinical, laboratory, and in-hospital outcome data; 5.Early abdominal CT available for assessment of hepatic steatosis phenotype; 6.For the biobank subgroup, stored serum and/or whole blood samples with corresponding sample information are available;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <18 years; 2.Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 3.Missing key exposure or primary outcome data; 4.No CT images available for hepatic steatosis phenotype assessment; 5.Severe underlying liver disease, hepatic space-occupying lesions, prior splenectomy, or other conditions affecting liver-spleen CT attenuation assessment;
