Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm combined with ischemic cerebrovascular disease was confirmed through imaging examinations. 2. The mRS score at admission was <= 2 points. 3. It was the first treatment. 4. Both the family members and the patient were aware of the surgical risks and voluntarily signed the informed consent form for the surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low immune function; 2. Severe heart diseases, such as heart failure or cardiogenic shock; 3. Acute or chronic infections; 4. Patients with malignant tumors; 5. Major liver, kidney or lung problems; 6. Have undergone craniotomy or interventional treatment surgery; 7. Have coagulation disorders; 8. Unable to undergo surgical treatment.
