Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed cervical cancer; 2. Age >= 20 years; 3. Psychological distress score (DT) >= 4; 4. Married, with a living spouse; 5. Voluntary participation in the study; 6. Ability to use WeChat proficiently or with guidance, and willingness to undergo follow-up via WeChat or telephone. Spouse inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 22 years; 2. Spouse and primary caregiver of the patient; 3. Psychological distress score (DT) >= 4; 4. Voluntary participation in the study; 5. Ability to use WeChat proficiently or with guidance, and willingness to undergo follow-up via WeChat or telephone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe cognitive impairment or mental illnesses who are unable to understand the questionnaire; 2. Those with severe hearing or vision impairments that prevent effective communication.
