Conditions

Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma. The symptoms of anaplastic thyroid carcinoma are mainly caused by the rapid growth of the tumor and its compression or invasion of the surrounding structures in the neck. The most common manifestation is the rapid enlargement of a painless mass in the anterior neck region, and over 90% of patients may present with this symptom first

Interventions

Control group:Huangqinone alone or in combination with CLU gene regulation (knockdown/overexpression), PINK1/Parkin pathway regulation, and mitochondrial autophagy
Experimental group:The intervention measures include baicalein, genetic manipulation (siRNA/overexpression), mitochondrial autophagy activator MTK458/ inhibitor Mdivi-1,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years or above, Gender: Open to all; 2.Patients diagnosed with undifferentiated thyroid cancer through pathology had their tumor tissue specimens obtained from surgical resection or core needle biopsy. 3.The clinical data are complete, including TNM staging, BRAF mutation status, treatment history and follow-up data. 4.The clinical background information is complete, including at least gender, age, clinical diagnosis, etc. 5.Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combine with other malignant tumors; 2.Preoperatively, patients received neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy (if the purpose of the study was to explore the mechanism of treatment resistance, then a corresponding resistance group was set up); 3.Incomplete clinical and pathological data; 4.The quality of the tissue samples is not up to standard (such as severe RNA degradation and excessive necrotic tissue);
