Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old, = 3, and it is expected to continue receiving parenteral nutrition for at least 7 days; 6. The patient or family member signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergic to omega-3 triglycerides or other drug ingredients used in research (such as egg or soy protein, peanut protein, or other ingredients in prescriptions); 2.There are contraindications to studying drugs; 3.Have used products containing omega-3 fish oil or omega-3 triglycerides within 7 days before entering the Sixth People's Hospital of Chengdu; 4.There are general contraindications for intravenous infusion during the screening period; 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Patients with blood system diseases such as leukemia; 7.Patients with mental disorders or inability to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; 8.Expected survival period<3 months; 9.Researchers believe that patients with any other factors that are not suitable for participating in this trial.
