Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients' jaws have been fully developed, and their age is >=18 years old. 2. Diagnosed with skeletal malocclusion due to a simple developmental deformity; 3. No history of orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery; 4. Complete the prioritized combined orthodontic and orthognathic treatment at our hospital. Minimal or no preoperative orthodontics (< 3 months) was done before surgery, which included simple BSSRO, Le Fort I + BSSRO, with or without chin plasty. 5. Complete CBCT files are available from before the operation, six months post-operation, and after orthodontic treatment, along with an STL model of the dentition predicted by a simulated dentition system. 6. Excluding congenital issues like trauma or cleft lip and palate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dentofacial deformities caused by congenital deformities such as cleft lip and palate or trauma. 2. History of orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery; 3. Suffering from severe periodontitis or active periodontal disease. 4. Loss to follow-up or missing data;
