Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children patients aged 0-18 who visited the outpatient department, emergency department or inpatient department of our hospital during the research period; 2. Have undergone respiratory pathogen testing; 3. It has relatively complete basic information, medical visit information and pathogen detection results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Records with severe missingness in key variables, such as age, visit date, visit type, or pathogen detection results; 2. Duplicate entries where the authentic record cannot be definitively identified; 3. Records of non-respiratory-related tests that are irrelevant to the study objectives; 4. Records that cannot be successfully matched even after de-identification.
