Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnostic criteria for COPD in accordance with the GOLD guidelines; 2. Confirmed bronchiectasis by high-resolution CT (HRCT); 3. Diagnostic criteria for asthma in accordance with the GINA guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 2. Long-term oral administration or recent (within 4 weeks) use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 3. Presence of cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the study or treatment; 4. Contraindications or allergy history to the study medication or intervention measures.
