Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis in the ' Summary of the Third National Symposium on Cervical Spondylosis; 2. Simple cervical spondylosis, the lesion is clear ; 3. 20-60 years old and no cognitive impairment ; 4. Cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent ; 5. There was no history of other drug treatment 2 weeks before treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine surgery ; 2. Unstable condition, suffering from neck, shoulder and other diseases ; 3. Poor heart and lung function.
