Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer; 2. The age at diagnosis of NSCLC was older than or equal to 60 years old; 3. According to the eighth edition TNM staging of lung cancer (AJCC 8th Edition), the postoperative pathological diagnosis was stage I non-small cell lung cancer; 4. Sub lobectomy group: the operation mode of patients was sub lobectomy (segmentectomy, wedge resection); 5. Lobectomy group: the surgical method of patients was lobectomy. 6. Preoperative CT report showed that the nodule was predominantly solid component.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete baseline or prognostic information; 2. Incomplete important clinical data information; 3. Intraoperative serious adverse events occurred; 4. Other malignant tumors were combined at the time of diagnosis.
