Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.An elderly patient, aged 65 to 85 years, with ASA physical status I-II, is scheduled for gynecological laparoscopic surgery at a later date; 2. No severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic or renal dysfunction, and no severe respiratory disease; 3. No significant abnormalities were found in the ophthalmological examination; 4. No cognitive dysfunction; 5. Agree to participate and sign the anesthesia informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of neurosurgery or ophthalmic surgery; 2. Previous ocular (blindness, glaucoma, cataract, etc.) or neurological diseases (cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma, cerebral hemorrhage) (including vascular malformation, cerebral infarction, etc.); 3. Allergic to the study drug; 4. Dysfunction of heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, endocrine system, etc; 5. Taking sedatives, antidepressants, and excessive alcohol consumption.
