Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-acquired pneumonia; 2. Severe pneumonia; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. Receive an initial empirical BLI-OM or BLI-MOX combination regimen for at least 3 days; 5. For patients with multiple hospitalizations, only data from the first hospitalization were used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Transferred to other hospitals or departments; 3. Aspiration pneumonia; 4. The presence of 2019-nCoV infection; 5. Simple fungal, viral or atypical pathogen infections; 6. Tuberculosis; 7. Combined with malignant tumors and hematological diseases; 8. Acute cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
