Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Sanda athletes aged 18–25 years; 2. Holders of National Second-Class Athlete certification or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent musculoskeletal injury, particularly of the lower limbs; 2. Any contraindication to high-intensity training; 3. Participation in additional structured strength or plyometric training during the previous 8 weeks.
