Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with primary breast cancer confirmed by histopathology. 2.Patients who received standard neoadjuvant therapy and subsequent surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. 3.Availability of pre-treatment core needle biopsy pathology and post-operative pathology specimens. 4.Pathological complete response (pCR), Miller-Payne (MP) grade, and postoperative pathological lymph node status (ypN) could be evaluated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with distant metastasis at initial diagnosis; 2.Patients who did not undergo surgery after planned neoadjuvant therapy; 3.Patients with missing key outcome data and unevaluable treatment response; 4.Patients lacking essential paired pathological data before and after treatment for dynamic analysis; 5.Duplicate cases or cases with incomplete key information after verification;
