Restricted hydration:Minimum essential IV fluid volume
Standard hydration:1ml/kg/h IV fluid with saline after PCI in 12 hours

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) ST-segment elevation in at least two adjacent leads of electrocardiogram V1-V4, accompanied by dynamic increase in myocardial injury indicators; or (3) Acute occlusion of left anterior descending artery and related branches confirmed by coronary angiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe renal insufficiency (KDIGO criteria, eGFR<=30ml/min/1.73m^2) (2) Previous history of chronic cardiac insufficiency (3) intravenous contrast media had been injected within the previous 7 days (4) posterior wall and right ventricular myocardial infarction (5) Killip grade III-IV (6) Serum creatinine increased more than 44.2umol/L twice within 24 hours before admission (7) pregnant and lactating women (8) History of malignant tumor (predicted survival < 1 year) (9) Contrast agent allergy (10) Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (except aspirin) within 1 week (11) Use of other renal injury drugs (aminoglycosides, platinum, cyclosporine, etc.) within 1 week (12) complicated with severe infection
