Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Infertile women undergoing assisted reproductive cycles are preparing for frozen embryo transfer (FET). 2.20=7mm; 5.Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases with contraindications to ART or pregnancy; 2.uterine malformations, intrauterine adhesions, large uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyps; 3.untreated hydrosalpinx; 4.autoimmune diseases; 5.untreated hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism; 6.hyperprolactinemia; 7.use of antibiotics within the past 7 days; 8.current or history of drug, alcohol, or tobacco abuse within the past 3 months; 9.refusal or inability to comply with protocol requirements; 10.participation in an experimental drug study within 60 days prior to screening.
