Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the 2022 AAOMS BRONJ diagnostic criteria (exposed bone > 8 weeks, history of bisphosphonate use); 2. Has a long-term bisphosphonate history (intravenous ZA >= 5 times or oral >= 12 months); 3. Plans to undergo necrotic bone resection; 4. Age >= 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head and neck radiotherapy; 2. Primary or metastatic tumors in the jaw; 3. Anti-angiogenic targeted therapy within 3 years; 4. Long-term use of glucocorticoids (>= 3 months and equivalent prednisone >= 7.5 mg/day or cumulative > 1 g); 5. Diabetes; 6. Continuous use of NSAIDs/COX-2 inhibitors for more than 7 days for the past 4 weeks.
