18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years old; 2.Right-handed; 3.Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary insomnia specified in DSM-IV and have a PSQI score >= 7; 4.Have received CBTI treatment for at least 6 weeks with no therapeutic effect (subjective ineffectiveness or no improvement in scale scores); 5.PSG monitoring shows that the density, frequency or amplitude of sleep spindles are lower than normal levels (the number of spindles per minute in NREM sleep stage < 2 times, duration < 0.5 seconds, frequency < 11 Hz); 6.No history of taking anxiolytics, antidepressants or hypnotics in the past two weeks; 7.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological diseases, including stroke, cerebral edema, tumor or epilepsy; 2.Mental illnesses such as severe anxiety or depression; 3.Severe cognitive or communication disorders; 4.Pregnant or lactating women.
