Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 20 and 80 years old (including the cut-off value), regardless of gender; 2) Chest and abdominal plain CT examinations were completed in the corresponding study hospitals from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2025, with complete image data and image quality meeting the requirements of radiomics analysis; 3) Basic demographic information such as gender and date of birth were complete, and chronological age could be accurately calculated; 4) The subjects in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were all healthy people, and no major organic diseases were found in the physical examination. 5) The subjects of Nanchang People's Hospital included healthy people, and people with fatty liver, breast disease and other related diseases confirmed by clinical diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy of target organs such as liver, lung, breast, etc.; 2) Organ segmentation and radiomics feature extraction could not be completed due to severe motion artifacts, incomplete scanning range, and missing key slices in CT images. 3) The core demographic information was missing, and the chronological age could not be accurately calculated; 4) Pregnant women; 5) Malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, and other major systemic diseases that may significantly interfere with the imaging features of the target organs; 6) According to the comprehensive judgment of the investigators, there were other conditions that were not suitable for inclusion in the study.
