18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years with a clinical diagnosis of major mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety disorders); 2. Patients who are able to provide complete neuroimaging, molecular biological data, and questionnaire-based assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe physical illnesses that may affect mental status. 2. Any contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), including but not limited to claustrophobia, metallic implants, or other conditions that preclude completion of the full MRI examination.
