Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes as stipulated in the "Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines of China" (2024 Edition); 2. Permanent residents of Lishui City (residing for more than half a year), young and middle-aged patients aged 18-59 years old; 3. With clear consciousness, capable of self-care, and without language communication disorders; 4. Voluntary participants in the interview and who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other severe or acute physical or mental illnesses; 2. Those who have participated in similar research studies; 3. Type 1 and pregnant diabetic patients.
