Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Depression with or without NSSI Group: 1. Age 10–18 years, any gender; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders and Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) behavior disorder according to DSM-5; 3. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD-17) score >=17. Inclusion will then be determined based on NSSI behavior and OSI scale (the number of self-injury occurrences in the two weeks before enrollment is not zero); 4. Signed informed consent after being informed. Healthy Group: 1. Age 10–18 years; 2. Any gender; 3. Physically healthy; 4. No depressive, anxious emotions, or sleep problems; 5. Volunteered to participate with parental or guardian consent; 6. Completed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a past or current history of definite organic brain diseases, endocrine or cardiovascular system diseases, or other severe physical illnesses; 2. Individuals who have previously received at least 10 consecutive psychological therapy sessions to rule out the effects of continuous psychological therapy on brain function; 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
