Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Patients attending the Department of Cardiology at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital who are scheduled to undergo or have undergone coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention; 3. Availability of coronary functional assessment, including microcirculatory resistance-related indices and/or QFR parameters; 4. Ability to complete fundus OCTA examination with image quality sufficient for analysis; 5. Voluntary participation in the study with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe ocular diseases that may affect OCTA image quality or interpretation, including but not limited to severe cataract, vitreous opacity, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, advanced glaucoma, severe macular disease, and severe retinal vascular disease; 2. Poor OCTA image quality, obvious motion artifacts, segmentation errors, or missing key parameters that preclude analysis; 3. Previous ocular surgery that may substantially affect fundus structure or blood flow, as judged by the investigators; 4. Severe infection, terminal malignancy, severe hepatic or renal failure, or other diseases associated with limited life expectancy; 5. Inability to complete study-related examinations or incomplete clinical data; 6. Any other condition considered unsuitable for study participation by the investigators.
